we got the maps from them and ran the Trans-NH after VOR a couple years ago. scenic, fun memorable trip! definitely recommend - especially the northern/Washington sections.

Whats up with the chains on the roof of the building on Mt Washington?

I'd bet they are for rainwater -- water should follow the chains down off the roof

No, for wind. Strongest winds ever recorded were there. That may be strongest in the USA.
