It had been a while since I looked at Nicholas's blog....I was quite surprised to see that he is now in Iran!

His journey proves quite a few things - one of this is that we have a perfectly capable vehicle available right here in the US for that type of overland travel: FJZ80.

I would love to drive Iran (and Libia)
Impressive food and fuel $$$
With a quick look I couldn't find where he talked about getting a visa for Iran. But I know often people don't talk about such matters before visiting.

Without a winch or Partner Steel stove...of course we didn't figure he had a shot. :hehe::hehe::hehe:

I'm waiting to see if there will be one last entry on his web site. I hope there will be, before I close the tab containing his web site for good. It's been running in my session memory for many months.
