I think your contributions are great. A simple image that captures the area's beauty and the spirit of adventure and overlanding. Inspiring. You're very talented - keep it up.

When does the calendar come out?

Nice stuff Nathanel

If you've yet to meet him on any of his travels, he's a great guy with loads of interesting conversations to share. Cindy and I had the pleasure of camping with him for a few weeks in Yellowstone and it was great.

I had a great time camping with you guys as well. I can still hear the sweet purr of your bike in the morning.

His photography is amazing. These snap-shots are nothing compared to the images he makes with his Large Format equipment. Not degrading these shots, as they're realy cool too!!

Thanks. I like that. I will use that as a quote at some point.

No calendar plans at this point, but I have thought about it.

I published a book of the North Shore of Lake Superior this spring. (Link) This winter I am working on my fine art prints.

But, in 2012 I should have a project finished that I think some here might find interesting.

Where's your camper shell?

Good eye!

That was on the trip when I purchased the Tacoma. My Subaru, after years of major problems and minor issues, left me stranded in the middle of Montana. It had to go.

After a few days, and having walked close to a hundred miles between dealers looking at my options, I bought the Tacoma. And I have been a happy camper ever since.

So that 8 week trip was spent with the cargo under a tarp in the bed. Styling!

Rant on.

Well somebody moved my Travels with Hadley thread to the photography section.

I do not want this thread in the photography section! I do not want to talk photography in this thread, I want it to be about my completed travels.

This is ridiculous. I am not a noob, I know where I want my thread to be.

Please have this thread moved back to where I placed it, in the "Completed Expeditions" sub-forum.

Thanks,

Rant off.
