Does anyone know of a specific tube bender in the Denver area? I have an idea to build something but I need someone who can put a couple of bends in some tube.....any help would be great!

I happen to know a guy that has a bender with a 1", 1.5", 1.75" and 1" square die in the Denver area near the I70/I25 interchange.

I might be willing to hook you up. What do you have in mind?

Thanks,
I'm going to fab some front fender guards from my ARB to my sliders...4 bends on each side...

Do you have the tube yet? I am actually placing an order to Marmon keystone tomorrow to get some tube over here for my rig. Drop me a number and I can give you a call to set this up.

I predominantly use .120 wall, but with what you have in mind the thicker tube will probably give you more support over the length.

I did find some .120 DOM I can use that will work. My truck is predominately built for trails so I think it should be just fine. If I was building a rock crawler I would use some heavier stuff.

My build up that isn't a crawler by any means, is using 2x3" 3/16 for the rear frame section and 1.75 .120 wall DOM for the rest of the cage work with some 1.5 .120 wall DOM mixed in. I trust it to do what I want and my rig is definitely heavier than your rig.

Still waiting on my couplings to show up before I start up my fender guards. They are supposed to be here this week! It's gonna be a slick set up. I will do my best to post a couple of pics too.

They need to hurry up and send those out. I want to see how it turns out.
I have my rear frame hung, but the weather refuses to cooperate.
Got a big box from ballistic fabrication in today.....
I may have mine rolling before you get those mounted.

I've never had this guy do any work for me, but he shares a shop with the guy who's done all my exhaust work...
