I have an old locking overhead console for a TJ, made by Tuffy. They say it fits up through 2002, but I had it mounted in my 2003. I had to remove the plastic trim that is across the top of the windshield, and I had to remove some of the roll bar padding as well. Oh, if you have a footmans loop, it will need to be removed as well (and re-mounted on the console, if you want to use a bikini top--otherwise you don't need it)
It is black, has a few scratches, and is missing some hardware (all can be locally sourced--nothing special) and the hinges need some special attention (lock tite).
It has a few scratches, and is missing the plastic plugs that fill the hinge bolt holes (trim pieces, basically). I installed 2 PC cooling fans in it to keep air moving across the 2 meter radio I had installed in it. The original mounting spot for the switch doesn't work that well, and it should be moved (requires drilling a new hole).
In short, it needs a bit of work...but they list for $237 new, and you can have this one for $75 + shipping.
