I currently have a 1st which I love far. I know the 2nd gen tundra just like yours will be next for me. Love how you built yours. Doesn't look over the top but the 35s is awesome. How's the mpg with that size?

Thanks man. I find it funny on tundra forums where guys have 6" bracket lifts ad 37s for off road and they have less ground clearance then a 2.5" lift and 35's. One reason why I like this forum the most.

With the Toyo AT2's I only lost about .5 mpg. They are a great tire.

Yea those guys are all about big lift and tires lol
That's amazing you only lost .5 mpg with 35s.

How was it getting all of the badges off? I love how clean it looks without them.
Seriously good question here. My Tundra has more badges than any of my previous vehicles and they seem to be using superior adhesive. I started to remove one, but decided to wash & wax the rest of the truck instead as it seemed like it would take the same amount of time!

It was a PITA to remove them all. Used floss (lots of it), a heat gun, and even a utility knife. I actually cut the rear "Toyota TUNDRA" logo on the tailgate so it just says "Toyota". Best photo I have:

A bit tedious but it looks way cleaner without emblems IMO.

Try fishing line. Holds up a lot better than floss and cuts pretty good. That's what I did on my tundra came off pretty easily. Then a heat gun and some goof off to remove the excess glue. Love those wheels tom!
