This picture is outstanding! Where is this?
I showed it to my wife and the first thing that came out of my mouth was "I miss America."

Thanks! TJDIV (Tom) snapped the photo. It was from a scouting trip last fall in the western Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Specifically at the base of Copper Peak which is an incredibly cool spot with great waterfalls nearby and the largest ski jump in the western hemisphere (30 stories tall!). The Porcupine Mountains are in the vicinity as well. Beautiful spot, though we were cold and soggy with the temps in the 30's and heavy rain the whole time. Testing conditions!

Once we are back in the states I need to show my wife the UP. Spent a month up there at a Christian leadership camp called Cedar Campus, near Cedarville. Fell in love with the UP.

I'll join in to spread some T100 love....

The Scoop -
'97 T100 4WD SR5
TRD Supercharger - for goin' fast
ARB Air Locker (rear) - for goin' slow
Four Wheel Camper - for goin' all night long...

Also includes Rancho 9K's, custom skid plate, 2" lift, Magnaflow, 285/75's or 255/85's, and a few other doo-dads, but I try to keep it looking inconspicuous. The T100's never were the belle of Toyota's Ball, but it has all of the right components for a solid adventure-touring vehicle; bulletproof 3.4ltr, ideal 4.30 gear ratio, good ground clearance, spacious interior, and a large 24 gallon gas tank. Fits me just right, no regrets -

Tundra & Airstream

New here.....

I spend too much time on Airforums.com site taking about vintage Airstream trailers and travel, rallies, and sometimes trucks.

I love my Tundra and it has served us well. I wanted a way to store gear out out the weather and also carry the trailer spare so made this convertable rack using two aluminum dock rails, canvas, sheet aluminum and wood.

I also mound the trailers gray water tank overhead. The flip up overcab compartment also carry additional "stuff" for longer trips. It also acts as a wind deflector for the travel trailer.

Weird but it works.

a few pictures.

My T100

Hey all! New ExPo user. There are some seriously cool trucks/SUVs on here. Some of them have really got me thinking...So anyway, here's my 1997 T100. It's a 4x4 3.4L V6 5-speed Xtra cab. It's a truck i have wanted since high school and finally got one (14 years later) about a year ago:wings:. Limited mods. It's my camping, kayak and fishing equipment hauler. Love the truck to death. The pics are from a camping trip to Edisto Beach, SC this year.
