Turtle Trailer???

I had never seen this before, anyone have any information on it? No mention of it on the Turtle Expedition website.

Also makes an appearance in this photo, which I've seen before, but never noticed the bespoke trailer:

They towed a fuel trailer across Siberia if I remember correctly.
