Turtleback Adventure tent material and how to clean it?

Bought a Turtleback Adventure and the tent is quite dirty. What can I use to clean it without hurting its waterproofing?

I’ve used this on a variety of outdoor gear in the past with good results

Nikwax Tent and Gear Cleaning, Waterproofing, and UV Protection https://a.co/3qfZ5Vj

Have not tried it on a RTT however.

I’ve cleaned RTT canvas with an extremely mild mixture of Lysol and water when I had to deal with a mildew issue. Everything came out pretty nice and so didn’t have any waterproofing issues. I think I mixed it up at like 1/10 of the recommended strength.

Smell wasn’t great.

No mildew, just dirty. I'll remember the Lysol tip for mildew though.
