I think I could have just ordered a VH 40 or 44 off the web and been fine, but I think talking to people that have been doing it is never a bad idea.

I'm 73 with similar back problems. The solution was to keep the stock Corp. clutch when it needed replacing. With the smooth NV5600 even Jeanie thought it was easy. I had no trouble with the stock clutch which lasted 165K miles even with aftermarket steel wheels and heavy 35" tires and a 10,400 pound loaded weight with the Lance.

Here is some more information

So emailing with the first guy did not do much good. Emailing with the 2nd guy, the guy in England helped out alot. He told me exactly what I should get, and also addressed my concern about getting a cheap brand. I don't want the washboard roads in Central Oregon to destroy it. I was recommended a VH44, the PBR brand out of Australia. I have not been able to find it anyplace but Australia, so I am trying to figure out the best way to deal with international ordering.

I will update as I move along in the process.

So, I need to use these Russell adapters onto my Master and Slave cylinders. What I have been hung up on is that this VH44 has Inverted/bubble flares on it. That is no problem for the solid line from the Master to the Booster, but I need to go from the Booster to the Salve. I have looked around to find a 3/8x24 inverted/bubble flare to anything adapter, and there is not. There is not a hose to go from that flare to my Slave. At this point, I am going to make a small steel line from the inverted/bubble (compression fit) flare to a normal double flare or pipe thread.
