U1xxx cab sound proofing

Does anyone have experience of effectively applying soundproofing in a square cab mog? If so I'm wondering what you found effective?

I did plenty of soundproofing on my U1250, can hold a normal conversation in mine.






The cab is lined with marine carpet, and I have a heavy duty sound deadening mat on the floor as well

Thanks Iain, did you dynamat doors, roof and rear of the cab too? With the carpet, is that fixed using contact adhesive directly to the metal?

Dynamat inside the doors, roof, everything basically, two layers on the firewall. The carpet is direct to the metal, using contact adhesive.
