Splined the 1/2" ply to make it 52"x108" screwed and glued the crap out of it.

Just weighing it down, have the insulation standing by and the top sheet ply for the interior floor.

Cool man! Are you planning on adding inner wheel well portions to avoid flinging mud/rock/dirt onto the wood siding of the tear drop?

Yeah, i have some light weight steel i might use. The fender and body will have a rubber seal around it soo nothing should come out either way.

It coming along pretty good. Finished the floor took sometime for the glue to dry and the multiple layers for sealer and tar to dry.

So the sides and bottom got layers of sealer and then several coats of roof tar. I left the interior floor unpainted going to put a linoleum floor down. I work the next 48hrs on thursday or friday i will slap it down and bolt it too the frame. Friday i get paid soo i am going to head down and buy the 3/4 baltic birch for the sides. So maybe sunday i will have the walls mocked up

Those pocket jigs are the way to go! We did almost all of our wood work using the Kreg Jig. Made it super easy to tie the walls to the floor. The frame and fenders look great!

Alright cut the profiles out and sanded them together to match. I ended up buying marine grade 1/2" ply. Mocked of the driver side

Nice seeing actually looking like something!! Think my next step is im going to do a laminate floor its cheaper than lineoleum and will look nicer. Found a cabinet wood place that sells nice wood cheaper than HD. Soo i need to start figuring out the cabinet layout. Thinking about skinning the galley area walls to look nice with some kind of 1/8th ply? Dont mind the generic benroy plans minus the swing open lower cabinets. Might be a little bit before next update need to start figuring what kind of interior look I want.

Looks like a nice start to the cabin... It's always nice to fine a good plywood place... The problem with the one near me is that their hours are crazy... Like 9-4 M-F. Makes it hard to get in there.
