Thanks for the compliment! Time wise....... Probably 100hrs? Maybe $1000 into it? I had a lot of stuff and tires were free. I finally edited the gopro videos. I will try to upload them tomorrow!

Really great job! What size/gauge tubing did you end up using for your frame and tongue?

For the frame I used .095 wall tubing than for the tongue it it was .188 wall.

Small update. Started working on the 33 gallon water tank. Have to build it in two parts. The cradle and the upper frame mount. Going to try insulating the water tank.

Of course now I have to switch gears to build a fence around out pool.

And 33 gals of water, is also nice. Our new travel trailer came with a 60 gal tank on board fresh water....lots of fresh is a good thing.

just stumbled upon this......such an awesome build. Im picking up a pop up next week and want to do something similar but i don't think i have the skills to make a whole new frame along with new suspension... So hopefully i can just reinforce the frame thats already there...lol

Found this while doing some research on smaller pop-ups.... Excellent work! I love the combination of a custom offroad trailer frame with an existing camper setup!

Currently the new water tank has been installed need to bolt the skid plate on it. Since I freed up the entire area under the bench with the removal of the 10 gallon tank. I am making that area a dry food storage with dividers. No more crushed chips and big Tupperware bins to hold stuff. Should make life 10 times easier.

Future plan is to remove the factory fridge. Want to build a exterior door where the fridge vents were that will hold a eco temp water heater/shower. Than the inside will be more storage. Never-ending!

Maybe not with my 3 kids lol

Well my now old neighbor had 4 adopted kids. 3 girls and 1 boy that...well...I am shocked Darwinism hasn't played a roll yet.

We are going to be moving soon or we believe. Staying here in town and NW. Close to wife's school and easy access for me and highway to work.

Trailer is looking good! Hoping to get ours started in next 6-8 months.

Lol honestly I got side tracked. I was testing with the state, metro and county. Was on five lists with metro and finally got on. Took 14 months.

Thanks! It's been a fun build. I will post some more photos soon. Have some GoPro video of the suspension working just need to figure out how to post it.
