Some more updates/van porn

Nick's camper van is back for some changes in 2 phases. #1 is under way now, should be back from Rhino today. Phase 2 is a 2wd lift with our OBA system and a rear ARB locker.

I see a nice "little" trailer in the background that would fit Nick's camper van, even has the paint scheme going...

Cheers

Chad's 2013 V10 is moving along. We've cleaned & undercoated the entire body as well as the normal conversion goodies. More pics over the weekend as we get ready to put this rig on the ground. This is the 1st van (besides V5) that is using our new progressive spring packs.

Hi Chris,

can you tell us more about the progressive springs?
I am not soo familiar with leaf springs but i know that different types exist, for deferent needs. Do they start softer or end stronger?

Sure. The progressive packs have more leaves in varying thickness/spring rates to make the ride softer. The rear springs are trickier to give a great ride with the proper load capacity. We like them soft and use our airbag system to compensate for heavy loads.

These springs are an option right now for a few specific configurations.

Another one hits the ground! Chad's 2013 V10 has a 6" kit on 35's. Now we move on to adding more goodies!

Just picked up this monster today! It's a block for a big rig Volvo. They manufacture them just a few miles from my shop and this is a defect/test block that I was able to snag. Most of them get cut up, this will become some sort of furniture for the shop. I'm thinking a simple glass top table. Should be cool!

Use it as a mock-up for a future engine swap into an E-Series! :wings:
