UJOR kit exhaust mods for 5.4l gas engine

I recently bought a 2007 E-350 based B-Class RV which I intend to UJORify. After searching this thread I am still unsure of what the driver's side exhaust modifications are and if they can be done after the modded 4R75W tranny and NV271 T/C are reinstalled.
Also, could someone let me know what the ford part #'s are for the tranny 4x4 output shaft and tail housing?
Any information available on this would be much appreciated?

The exhaust mods have to be done once the tranny is modified and t-case is installed. Plus the front shaft should be made to make sure everything clears. There are several variables like catalytic converts, etc.

Whoever does the transmission work should source the output shaft & tail housing to ensure everything is correct.

DeQuiglification all done! Going home today. This 07 V10 got a full front suspension swap with 4" lift, single 5100's, new rear springs (all spring/no block) a full POR-15 frame treatment, new calipers all the way around and basically a full front axle rebuild.

Thanks for the response Chris. I may decide to re&re the transmission myself and only have a shop adapt it. This will be before the front axle is fitted, so it would helpful to know if the vehicle would be driveable before and until the exhaust mods are done.

We keep shackles and full hardware kits in stock for the rear, rusty shackles are no good! Same for the bolts and seized goodies.

New arrival for a local customer, BIG build coming up! He's had this van since new, over 200k and it served a good life for his business. Now its time for a new life so we'll be yanking the body for a major 7.3 refresh and giving it a full 8" conversion with lots of goodies. Some new custom stuff, some normal UJ stuff. It just got back from paint and is already off at Rhino to have the rockers done.

Off to Japan! Full conversion for a 2011 van. Axle, 6" lift, shafts, AMP steps, t-case, everything they need to get it done. Look forward to getting some pics.

what year is that 7.3 van, and what all is being done to refresh the motor?

Also, what trans came in those vans of that generation? (gas and diesel?)

Its a 99. We'll be doing everything but the long block. Re seal, injectors, new fuel system, glow plugs, HPOP, water pump, etc. It has a 4R100 which came behind all of the 7.3's. The V10's of that ten also had the 4R100, some 5.4's too. The other 5.4's had the 4R70/4R75.

Ha, that would be cool!

We had our holiday party planned for last night but I surprised the guys with a day off and trip to Charlotte for some go kart racing! Had a great time.
