I’m sure it was a difficult choice to make. It makes me somewhat, especially since my rig is a ‘97 and falls below the line. I haven’t got any plans to have (or do) a conversion anytime soon… but no longer having the choice saddens me somewhat.
That said I completely understand why you needed to make this decision. I want to be especially clear that I’m not upset with you for making the decision Chris. As business owners we can’t please everyone all the time, and I thank you for everything you’re doing. I also appreciate that you’re still supplying the parts to do the conversion… even if you need to pass on doing these older rigs that have the potential to be such a headache.
Keep up the good work & updates to your thread here. I’ll keep checking in to see what you’re doing. If the day comes when I sell the business and retire… then perhaps I’ll convert to 4WD and travel the world. Until then I’ll live vicariously through those who do.
