Ultimate 2 car garage

I've had about 50 Crown Vics as company cars and they all got better gas mileage than my Jeep...
I've got a soft spot for the venerable Crown Victoria. Noble workhorse that she is.

My friend had a 2001 police interceptor in college, with the push bar on the front. It worked well in AZ being all white it looked like the az highway patrol. Everyone got out of our way. They are nice vehicles.

Got it already; a 2014 JKU Sport for myself and a 2012 Subaru Outback for my wife. Not very exciting I know, but pragmatic and reliable rides for the family...

I'm really not sure that I could accomplish this at only $75,000. That really isn't that much money for two cars, but here it goes.

@ $75k It would be a brand new JKUR and a Grand Cherokee Eco-Diesel. I think that with $75k cash I could get a dealership to go for this deal.

No holds barred spend anything? Completely built out AEV Brute Double Cab with the JK350 package and an Eco-Diesel swapped into it and an Audi Q7 Quattro TDi for the wife.

I think I'd trade this in

Hopefully there'd be enough left over for a Thule xsporter rack and RTT to put on it as I'd have to live in it for not getting my wife a new Infiniti QX80...

Like others have said, I'd finish building the two on the right! My 06' Rubicon Unlimited, and my 61 Ford Fairlane that has been in my family since new and only has 37k miles on it.... I'd do a complete frame off resto on the ford, and upgrade everything to give it the modern mechanical conveniences (sport suspension, bigger motor, disc brakes, et). The JEEP I'd finish building into an expo rig with a trailer, and then with what's left I'd build my Ultimate garage, complete with a lift, bathroom, TV, etc, etc.

Ha. We had a '60 Falcon and '64 Fairlane that we used as our camping platforms. They paled in comparison to the '66 Coronet with the Slant 6.

Im living the dream! For $38k I got a new JKU and a new Fiat.

Let you guys in on a secret. Women will fall for a Fiat cause they are cute. You will love it cause it takes up very little space in the garage!

Bringing back this old post

A new update to an old thread I started last year.
The average new car cost for 2015 is $33,560.
source: http://www.usatoday.com/story/money/cars/2015/05/04/new-car-transaction-price-3-kbb-kelley-blue-book/26690191/

Since a lot has changed in a year, here are the new rules. You must buy brand new, and you can not go over $80k USD, the vehicles must be available to purchase today at a dealership, and finally you must have two brand new cars in your driveway when all said and done.

Here is my new updated list:

1. 2015 Toyota 4Runner Trail Premium KDSS MSRP: $39,855

2. 2016 Subaru WRX STi low spolier MSRP: $35,490

For a total of $75,345

What would your garage look like?

So this is now the "average new 2 car garage" thread?

Where is the "ultimate" or "dream" in any of this?
