My friend had a 2001 police interceptor in college, with the push bar on the front. It worked well in AZ being all white it looked like the az highway patrol. Everyone got out of our way. They are nice vehicles.

Got it already; a 2014 JKU Sport for myself and a 2012 Subaru Outback for my wife. Not very exciting I know, but pragmatic and reliable rides for the family...

@ $75k It would be a brand new JKUR and a Grand Cherokee Eco-Diesel. I think that with $75k cash I could get a dealership to go for this deal.
No holds barred spend anything? Completely built out AEV Brute Double Cab with the JK350 package and an Eco-Diesel swapped into it and an Audi Q7 Quattro TDi for the wife.

Like others have said, I'd finish building the two on the right! My 06' Rubicon Unlimited, and my 61 Ford Fairlane that has been in my family since new and only has 37k miles on it.... I'd do a complete frame off resto on the ford, and upgrade everything to give it the modern mechanical conveniences (sport suspension, bigger motor, disc brakes, et). The JEEP I'd finish building into an expo rig with a trailer, and then with what's left I'd build my Ultimate garage, complete with a lift, bathroom, TV, etc, etc.

Since a lot has changed in a year, here are the new rules. You must buy brand new, and you can not go over $80k USD, the vehicles must be available to purchase today at a dealership, and finally you must have two brand new cars in your driveway when all said and done.
Here is my new updated list:
1. 2015 Toyota 4Runner Trail Premium KDSS MSRP: $39,855
2. 2016 Subaru WRX STi low spolier MSRP: $35,490
For a total of $75,345
