The craftsmanship, attention to detail, quality of components, and thought process on this build far exceeds ER. I followed it closely while they were building it.

Don't know them personally, not a customer, no affiliation, just a big fan of their workmanship

This is probably my favorite all time build that I've followed and i'm using several of their ideas on mine.

Any links to the build?

That is a beautiful rig but yowza, $500k is a ton of money. I am guessing the budget got out of hand real quick. You can buy a brand new earthroamer for almost that much.

No, you cannot; check the current Earthroamer prices

Was it at the BC overland rally? I always find it funny when someone uses marine wiring for a build. Is it going to go out to the middle of the pacific? By the way I put some in my truck because a friend was putting it in his van build. It was only later that I thought about it. Is there a viable reason anybody?

the conductors are tinned to prevent corrosion vs bare copper. under the insulation of course.

That’s a good thing but is it going to be any better in a camper than the regular over the years? If so is it proven for a camper? I am not talking a marine vessel but a camper.

I recently worked on my friends older RV (guessing 15ish years old) thing looked like it was at the bottom of the Pacific and he takes decent care of his stuff. Lives in WA though, constantly wet. Maybe more appropriate there then in say... AZ?

1. Your comment has nothing to do with this post. Yes it was very nicely build by ArcLab and delivered to the customer as promised. It's in our customers hands and in no way attached to the builder anymore.
2. Posting a claim you just made without proof can seriously hurt a business, especially right now.
3. As for the customer service issue claim. We have several customers that speak very highly of them.

I don't know anything about this builder, but... if the builder is potentially going to bankrupt, then how does that have "nothing to do with this post"? If I bought this I would want to know if I had any issues with it I could take it to Arclab to fix. Or is it not that kind of company? Is it a one-and-done type thing, no warranty, if it breaks then don't bring it back to arclab? Again I have no idea what arclab even is.
