Unique base vehicle for expedition camper (but slow)

saw this on Ebay - tempting as long as you are in no hurry. Would be great on a round-the-world across northern Canada / Russia etc... To heck with ferries (as long as seas are calm) - looks like could add river raft style inflatable side tubes for stability (if needed) quite easily). Note that it is Coast Guard approved as a vessel!

It's Big Brother has been for sale on eBay many times over the years. I think they were asking $1.5M the first time I saw this think listed.
