Unique Hybrid Lance Truck Camper -$25,000

Selling our 2008 Lance 1131 Truck Camper. It is a heavy camper, around 4,000lbs dry weight, so a 1 ton 8 foot bed with dual rear wheels is required. The most unique feature of this unit is a fold down tent in the rear that sleeps 2 comfortably, which means this can sleep 7, with 1 being a child in a "bunk bed" above the dining table. Incredible floor plan and spacious with 1 slide out, and dry bath! Propane generator was service last year, with under 300 hours on it. 3 gas burner cooktop and conventional oven, perfect for baking biscuits or pizza when out camping! This has been stored inside of a shop/garage. The roof was resealed about a year ago, the jacks were recently serviced and no major issues whatsoever with the unit. Also included if wanted will be the 48 inch Torklift SuperTruss hitch that extends the hitch for towing. Currently only selling the camper, but if a package deal of our 2002 Chevrolet 3500 dually and this camper is of interest, please let me know.
