Unique Military Trailer in Montana

Found this trailer on craigslist. I don't know anything about it but I wonder if it would make a good off road trailer.

Fairly heavy, but would be a good platform for behind a full size truck or H1.

It was a maintenance trailer, used to haul specialty tools, and most likely a welder and torch set.

The tires are 900-16, and they were usually towed behind the M37 trucks (Dodge Power Wagons)
