I saw these things and some trucks that were similar all over in Montreal when I was there in 2019.
Every time I saw them I wondered why I did not seem them much in the states and thought how great they would be for an adventure rig.

As a Quebec paramedic, we had a similar body ambulance. It looked really nice and was very spacius. But it was noisy, as in cracking and poping and so on.

We only had it for 100 000km, cause it had been kind of rebuilt fro a 100 000 km period in an other city. It did some calls in fsr and was shacking a lot. Juat do not know how it would handle many dirt road travel.

But I did saw a 4x4 camper conversion once at the Jeep jamboree in killington vt. Have to say that it look very nice! ?
