That's obviously not a Genuine Parts manual you got that from Tom. The latest Genuine Rave CD has the necessary flux capacitor that makes the rear window wiper just turn on intermittantly...:elkgrin:

They only added the flux capacitor after they quit using Lucas wiring. Prior to that the wipers always worked intermittently.
