This is why my wife allows me to spend money on the Cruiser and Tacoma, and drag her on these trips!

Keri-Ann eating the steak dinner I cooked. with wine and all
Breakfast in bed.
As soon as we stop driving I set up her hammock, and then I set up camp and cook while she relaxes!
But my wonderful wife comes with me, and allows me to upgrade my toys when needed.
In this short video you can here my wife being scare by the angles.

Thanks for posting that video Mike. I was curious how the new setup was through that part. I guess the longer wheelbase helped. I was "sandwiched" between a couple 80s for a while that day.
By the way, I wish my truck sounded like yours!

I bought them for my 08 Tacoma, but luck would have it they fit the new HDJ81 Land Cruiser also.

I went to school at Michigan Tech, and I am SSSOOOOO jealous of your trip!!! I miss the way Superior smells, and the sound of waves lapping at the shore. I did a LOT of exploring around on all the old roads in the Keweenaw, and some new roads too, and then we moved to the area north of L'Anse and covered most of that ground too! Lots of lonely places to hang out and have the world to yourself if you wanted it that way! Thanks for the pics and trip report, looks like a lot of fun!!

Ok, just finally getting to my trip pics, returned last night from Isle Royale National Park after 5 awesome days of paddling. I think I am 4 trip reports behind now at this point :Wow1: I didn't snap as many shots as normal as there was a professional crew along shooting as well as a bunch of photogs on the trip, I focused mostly on shots of people and a few rig/scenery pics. I will post up shots as I go through them..
Since folks started arriving two days before the trip, I have some pre trip shots, a little cliff diving at black rocks in Marquette

Wendy, Brendan, Meredith, and Mike on the Gorgeous trail.
While I was goofing off with everyone in Marquette, TJ and Tom were burning some midnight oil on their rigs and fabricating some new exhaust parts for mine. TJ owns UP Autotech who is our vehicle support provider for UPO. This is just a portion of his shop, sick! Big THANKS!
A yard full of Cruisers, my backyard was a bit of an overland oasis pre trip.
Evening at camp one along the Sturgeon Gorge Wilderness. Savannah, one of the handful of super photogenic kids on the trip....
First stop on day 1 at Wolf Lake, Alyssa, my navigator/copilot.
Pulled off on the Baraga Plains for a quick break.
The forest around night 1's camp
