Ural "Unicat" on ebay

Here is an interesting vehicle on ebay they choose to describe as being like a Unicat on a Soviet Ural chassis:

Saw that a year or so ago - though at that time that Unicat needs to trademark their name....

As heavy duty as a Ural truck is, any 5 ton truck isn't capable of "tank recovery".
