Makerpipe-based side cabinet roughed in. This will sit behind the driver's seat by the rear door and hold:
- 12V Fridge
- (3) 2.5 Gallon Scepter water jugs
- Ecoflow house battery
- Zip-Dee lawn chairs (standing up in the narrow center space).
- Switch panel for all house electric circuits
- Permanently-mounted 12v boat/RV fan
- Stereo amp on the floor under the water jugs
Notes:
- Most faces will get skinned with wood to look more like a traditional cabinet.
- All verticals will get trimmed and capped once I confirm heights are corrent.
- The lower-height section on the right completes the bed on the passenger side.
- Angled corner section matches the Suburban body contours in that spot.
- Depth is roughly half of the back seat space to the middle of the transmission tunnel. I'll get some cabinet space on the inside. Idea is to keep the passenger side floor space open for entry/exit.
- I might build a drawer for the water jugs, will try a fixed shelf first.
- The battery ended up between two former rear seat mounts, so a nice secure mount will be easy.
I'll trim this center section down to match the height of the fridge. It'll still be taller than our chairs.
Battery has some room for wiring and Ecoflow DC to DC charger:
This approximates where three jugs will end up, remaing space will be enclosed for storage.
