Jay we see the same issues in about 25% of all rims. Jeeps rims are especially difficult because they have small center holes. We make the problem slightly worse by putting Bearing buddies on all of our axles so it pushes the end of the hub out even further.

Lots of aftermarket rims with 5 on 4.5 bolt patterns have larger center holes, used rims may be your way to go. If you decide on different rims make sure that the backspacing, distance from the mounting surface to the back of the rim gives sufficient clearance. With a live axle like yours you will need a minimum of 1.5 inches of clearance between the chassis and the inside of the tire.
