Thanks! That knife was an order, it'll be headed to Hawaii soon. I'm a full-time knifemaker and do some fabricating when I have time, mostly for myself. I did the mods on the Explorer...it's continuing to evolve...into what I'm not sure yet :) I also make a lot of the shop grinders, tooling and jigs for knifemaking. I've found the 2x72 belt grinder was real handy when building the trailer, worked great for de-burring after using the chop-saw and for slight "adjustments" to help fitting parts together.

WyoExplorer I know this is an old thread that I've just found but I have to say "Thank you so much". As a person with very limited fabrication skills and who wants to learn, this has to be one of the best and most useful how to’s I’ve seen. Its not only a fantastic teaching aid the trailer is a wonderfully practical work of art. I can't thank you enough.
