I was able to work on the interior a little today. I got one side carpeted , part of the panel on the wall by the door installed and carpeted. And a little bit of the interior trim installed. I hope to have the entire interior carpeted and trimmed out by this weekend.

What type of trim did you use on the inside? It almost looks like a flat PVC type. Also, is that aluminum angle that was used for the exterior trim? The trailer came out very nice!

The inside trim is polystyrene window trim from lowes. I choose it because it's mold and mildew resistant.

The exterior trim is 1in pvc exterior trim from lowes. After in installed it and chalked to nail holes and edges, I coated it with diy Bedliner.

I haven't had much time to work on the trailer lately. I did manage to finish carpeting the interior and got a little bit more of the wiring done.

So no squeaks or rattles from just having it bolted to the trailer? Is it attached to the side rails anywhere? Any side to side swaying of the box on the trailer? I've got a 6×8 that im interested in doing something similar to.

None at all. The trailer is very stout. It doesn't have any flex in it at all. Even before mounting the camper. So I think that's the main reason it doesn't move at all. It's not attached to the side rails. It's just bolted to the frame rails of the trailer.

I have pulled around 250 miles so far. The real test will be when I pull it to North Carolina for the Overland Expo next month.

I finished up the first phase of the bed platform. Which was building it and carpeting it.

I lost a lot of head room but gained storage which was desperately needed.
