UV-5R Antenna recommendations

I recently purchased the adapter and a mag mount antenna for my truck. It really improves the capability of the UV-5R while driving. Tonight I hooked it up inside the house and put the antenna on a pizza pan and it worked much better than the rubber ducky for hitting the local repeater. My house is in a low area and transmission has been an issue in the past. I know I will upgrade to a mobile unit for the truck eventually but for now this works much better for both cases.
