The Scanguage II is the only reason why I knew I had a cooling problem the stock gauges does not move at all till 230F. Well Well worth the $149!
My '92 3FE runs great on 87octane.
Does anyone know if the temperature gauge is an issue on a '92?
Can a Scan Gauge be installed on this model year?
My 80 has been completely de-smogged and the cat has been removed.
CEL runs "full time".
I recently installed a new radiator on it at 174K miles...has 177K miles now.
It wasn't overheating...it was the stock radiator and was looking it's age.
Sorry for the hi-jack
It gets plenty hot here in N. VA--not desert hot--but I don't have any issues. I saw several 1fz powered 80s in Kuwait that seemed to handle the high temps, but I don't know what gas they were running.
You obviously didn't sit in 3 hours of flippin' commute traffic on 95 this afternoon... I'll take the Udairi Training Range any day.![]()
