Voyager Roofrack on a Disco - will it accept a RTT?

My rack is multi-level with "sidewalls." How can I affix a RTT? Will I need load bars to sit atop the upper rails? Any help is appreciated.

So. much. weight. The higher you go up the higher you COG is. If you could find a way to mount is as low as possible, using the rack and w/o load bars the better.

That's my main concern, with the cog too high... I just discovered TentCot and that may be a simpler and cheaper alternative for me and my girls.

I have seen people cut the top rails off the back portion of the voyager racks so they are able to mount an RTT directly to the floor. That is what I would do if I add an RTT to mine, but I plan to go with a teardrop trailer instead.

I have considered that to keep the center of grav. as low as possible, but I wonder if that would affect the laod rating.

You shouldn't have any issues with that setup. It will raise your COG, but any RTT will do that. Look into the Frontrunner Feather-Lite RTT
