Wanted: Military trailer M101 "A1" Lunette eye and monting plate.

Hello.

I am looking for the Lunette eye assembly (Lunette eye and mounting plate that the Lunette mounts to) from a M101a1 trailer. I know a lot of guys cut the front frame out of these trailers to custom fab a coupler. If anyone has a Lunette eye and the V shaped casting that the lunette eye and landing leg mounts to, I would be interested.

ps. I am not interested in the surge brake assembly from the "A2" model trailer.

Well, as gauche as this may be, I am looking for the same exact thing, so deferring to "jeff" as having right-of-first-refusal, if anyone has this or has more than one, then I'd like to be in line behind "jeff". Again, not interested in the A2/A3 surge brake lunette assy; I am looking to replace my A2 system with the A1 lunette and mounting bracket/casting. There has been one on ebay for quite some time, but he wants $85 plus $50 to ship it. I think that excessive, so if you're looking to trade or otherwise unload your A1 system, contact me AFTER Jeff.
