Warning if you're considering Tepui LoPro3

I am not understanding where "crappy customer service" exists in this scenario.

OP bought through Amazon. I am sure they want the tent to be in the same packed condition as when it arrived. This is not out of line in the least.

Pack it back up and return to Amazon. I would expect, and the OP should have as well, that there would be shipping charges to return it.
