WASURF63's Tundra gets a custom Phoenix Pop Up

Road tripped it out to Colorado last month to pick up a slick new pop up camper from Rob and Cari Rowe at Coyote RV. They installed it JUST before heading out on the road themselves to OX12. Thanks guys, you're awesome!

This camper was born from a basic shell model with some requested custom extras to keep the cost down a bit.
We have camped in it a total of 6 nights so far. It's a very comfortable, cozy, user friendly set up, with ample storage for all our gear. We're looking forward to many years of use and adventures with it. :safari-rig:

I've attached some exterior pictures to this post and interior pictures to the following post for your viewing pleasure...

Nice work Walt. The fabric pattern is great. Doesn't really look like a shell model with all the luxuries inside.

Nice set-up...I like the way the slide-in's sides are flush with the truck's flanks. We considered going this route and we'll be interested in how your preceptions of your new "shanty" evolve as you put it to use. Looks really good sitting on top of your Tundybird.

Congratulations, the two look really good together, so much so that people may assume it came that way straight from the factory.

One thing that occurred to me is that if unlatched, and in windy conditions, might the door blow open and strike the gas can holder right by the window area...
