Water cans

^^^Coulda managed if I had to (Emergency) but wasn't worth it, so I just dumped it out. I'm letting them sit open in my living room for a few days to air out. Then I think I'll give them a go with some baking soda and re-test them for "long term" storage in another week or so.

I filled mine with oxyclean and water on Sunday. I'll dump them out and try some drinking water later this week.. Stay tuned and keep your fingers crossed.

I've cleaned plastic cans of all sorts with soap and water for years, followed by a little lemon juice, let it sit for a couple hours, and then a good rinse.
