For the mileage and included bits, that's not a bad price. Considering I paid ~$7k for a 2003 w/ 53k miles last year, and GTRV would charge another $7k for a sleeper top alone....

Its an interesting approach, since the slide creates a sort of awning. Good solution for a family of three.
