Brown brought me two Hogue grips for my two ARs, and 5,000 rounds of Federal American Eagle 22 ammo for my new AR I picked up a few weeks back.

We will keep this PG...they screwed up delivering my biscuit joiner...citing..."customer requested hold on shipment"...so it is now somewhere in a "brown logistics purgatory"...I wan't to build cabinets and I DON"T HAVE my bleepin biscuit joiner...

That is what brown did for me...

They're great when everything goes right. When it doesn't, it can be frustrating. They didn't leave an item one Tuesday morning (about 10AM) for me due to the cost. Left a note saying they would try again...Wednesday at about 10AM. I'm like, come on, if I'm not there on a Tuesday at 10, where might I be? Work, perhaps? And the likelihood of me being there any weekday at 10 would be? I've had similar issues with FedEx (loud drop. What's that? A box marked fragile.) The two should merge and name the new company FedUp.
