What did you cook today? Photo thread

While visiting relatives in Ohio, we stopped by WhiteFeather Meats (the bearded butchers on YouTube) and picked up some fillet mignon. OMG, the most tender I have ever had in my 62 years. Had it with sweet potatoes with brown sugar, butter and cinnamon. Wife made a salad and I picked some of my herbs and added them to my salad. Basil, dill, cilantro and thai basil. It was a meal fit for a King.

Was going to make this yesterday but we ended up getting the Jeep high centered and had to get rescued by a passing side by side.
So today it's a Costco Rib Eye, a prime one too. Came in a three pack for $100, they are huge so we are going to split it.
Seasoned with dried minced garlic and black pepper. Baked potato to accompany.

Had some friends from all over the country join us for some fun cooks this weekend. I’ll post more pics after I have a chance to go through them.

Here’s a link to a video with more of the whole hog process if anyone is interested

Made a big batch of meat sauce marinara.
Pound and a half of ground sausage, pound and a half of burger
made into meatballs, lots of tomato stuff, onions, garlic, red pepper, mushrooms
and all the Italian spices.
Going to simmer all day in the slow cooker.
