Dinner tonight is grilled pork chop. I doctored one of them up with Cayenne pepper and will cut that up for a tortilla.
Yellow rice and a side of applesauce.

Here I had chicken thighs with rice a roni & mixed veggies cooked in an iron skillet.

Sunday breakfast today is a fried egg, Canadian bacon and cheese sammich on to wheat toast.
Apple juice to wash down.

Dinner tonight is leftover grilled chicken breast shredded and made into a burrito with 3 pepper Colby Jack cheese.
Another free Pacifico to wash down with. Finally making a dent in the beer reserves.

I'm finishing up some meatloaf. Having garlic smashed potatoes too

Fore dessert tonight I'm having chocolate pudding.
Made using raw milk which has a high cream content.

Dinner tonight is leftover pork chop, the spicy one with some yellow rice and three pepper Colby Jack cheese made into a burrito

Dinner tonight is the rest of the spicy pork chop and some garlic smashed potatoes.

Dinner & lunch the following day....steak fajitas with pepper jack and taco seasoned shredded cheeses.

Dinner tonight is the last pork chop, made into a sammich.
And the last of the yellow rice.

I prefer the food being prepared at the start of this thread. That said, I also like Brussels sprouts

New York strip, baked on the green egg and seared in cast iron with butter and rosemary. The sprouts were seasoned, baked, then finished in the air fryer and topped with 15 year aged balsamic.

Dinner tonight is the last of the Costco prime rib eye steaks.
I split it with my buddy and I'm having half of my half.
Accompanied by scalloped potatoes.

This is my food haul from the Costco run last night. And will become food I made my fat lazy self coming up.
Pork chops, flank steaks, prime tenderloin steaks, Bison burger and a big package of 1/4 hot dogs.

Dinner tonight is some leftover rib eye and the last of the garlic smashed potatoes.
