Dinner tonight is grilled pork chop. I doctored one of them up with Cayenne pepper and will cut that up for a tortilla.
Yellow rice and a side of applesauce.
Dinner tonight is leftover grilled chicken breast shredded and made into a burrito with 3 pepper Colby Jack cheese.
Another free Pacifico to wash down with. Finally making a dent in the beer reserves.
I prefer the food being prepared at the start of this thread. That said, I also like Brussels sprouts 😂
New York strip, baked on the green egg and seared in cast iron with butter and rosemary. The sprouts were seasoned, baked, then finished in the air fryer and topped with 15 year aged balsamic.
