Dinner tonight is half of the Cayenne peppered port chop. chopped up, on a flour tortilla with three pepper Colby Jack cheese mad into a burrito.
Another free Pacifico to wash down with.

Dinner tonight is round three of the pasta and burger casserole.
Every day in the fridge enhances it's flavor.

Dinner tonight is round four of the pasta beef casserole.
We moved locations and I don't have the grill out yet.
And it's always nice to have something in the fridge easy to eat.

Grilled up a big chicken titty today. This one got a liberal amount of Cayenne pepper along with the usual
minced garlic and black pepper. Also a splash of Italian dressing on one side to help from sticking to the grille.
I decided to kind of blacken it and used half tonight sliced with BBQ sauce and green beans,
Other half will end up on a tortilla.

Dinner tonight is round five of the pasta and beef casserole.
One more go and then it will be done.

Dinner tonight is the other half of the spicy, blackened chicken breast, shredded, on a big flour tortilla.
Three pepper Colby Jack cheese and some salsa, made into a burrito.
I had a hard time deciding on, burrito or Quesadilla.
Another free Pacifico to wash it down.

Lunch today is a pastrami and Swiss cheese sammich on whole what bread, toasted.
Potato salad for a side and cherries for a fruit addition.

Dinner tonight is round six and the last of the pasta and beef casserole.
Added a piece of garlic toast to celebrate it being done.

Dinner tonight is nothing special. No pic.
Some canned chili from Costco over a couple pieces of bread.

However, dessert is some Butterscotch pudding made using raw milk and slow cooked the old fashioned way.
A nice treat.

Dinner tonight is some BBQ truck brisket shopped up and put on a big flour tortilla with three pepper Colby Jack cheese, and a couple of spoonfuls of salsa.
And, finally, the last of the free Pacifico beers. 18 pack lasted 9 months, so 2 beers a month. Now back to my regular and favorite, Modelo Negra.

Sunday brunch today is salami and Swiss cheese eggs with a piece of rye toasted, buttered and four fruit preserved.
Apple juice to wash down.

Made a big batch of chili that will most likely turn into at least 6 servings.
Tonight is some on two pieces of bread.

Made a batch of pasta salad for side dishes this week.
Tri color Rotini, onion, red pepper and frozen peas.
Some dried minced garlic and a few splashes of Italian dressing.
