What did you do to your Expo Jeep today?

Even with a stain or two, I think you nailed it with the tan. It does break up all the black a bit, and it's cooler out in the sun!
Haha thanks yeah I get compliments all the time. When I got them I was under impression you could clean most stains while on. Granted thay may be the case but my kids have found ways to get a few stains on I cannot get out and the simple answer is I have to remove them and put in washer to clean. Well anyone who had put on trek armor will attest to never wanting to pull them off lol. Plus they match my trasharoo with the expo portal logo on it. ;)

Finally decided on a tire and pulled the trigger on five 275/70r17 K02s. It was a close race between these and Duratracs, but in the final analysis I think I want a more sturdy tire. I'm curious to see if the E load rating and the increase of 8 lbs per wheel over stock make a difference in on-road manners. Anything should be an improvement from my current KMs and the strange wear pattern the have developed. The tire shop from which I bought has a 30 day satisfaction policy. So if I don't like I can go back and get the Duratracs.

I replaced a leaky front output tcase seal. Then installed my upcountry tcase skid I've had laying around for ever. I used a power steering pulley installer to crush bigger nutserts in to the holes, worked like a charm

Installed a Pro Clip phone/tablet mount.
Pretty happy with design and quality.

Last night I installed this bumper.

Today I installed hood props.

I also replaced this...

Locking Fuel Door.jpg

with this...

which I paired with a locking gas cap keyed to my ignition key.

And finally, a friend stopped by and helped me hardwired my dash cam. We ran the power cord up through the channel above the windshield, down the right side, and through the firewall to the fusebox under the hood. It came out real clean.

Added a cargo light, which should make packing up in the night time or finding things in the back while on a trip a lot easier!

My Smitty GEAR seat covers are on their way. I ordered at Jeep Seats|4Wheelonline. These covers will allow me to have extra compartments which can very handy during long trips.

If you like the GEAR seat covers, you may want to look into the matching tailgate cover...quite nice unless you like the fold-down tailgate table many others seem to prefer in that spot.

Yesterday I dropped it off at a friend's off-road shop to have front and rear TrueTracs installed. :)

While replacing some worn out parts on the LR3 I glanced over @ my Jeep wandering when I'll have time to swap out my old bent output shaft...
