Did you wire it hot or to the dome lights. I was thinking of wiring mine hot so I can turn it on at will while camping.

I did hot wire it to the dome light however; it comes on a quick disconnect and am able to use the supplied 12v plug in the back of the jeep as well. I wired in a second 12v outlet in the back for my ARB fridge.

got all the shifters in , now just need to make some extensions and bend the trans shifter to clear the dash

Nice work! What's that white stuff?The last two days: cut off Evo rock sliders so I can install poison spyder rocker body panels. Drilled 42 holes for the nutserts/ mounting bolts. Had a few spin/not line up that great. Cut the bolt heads off and glued them in place. Then beefed up the sliders by sleeving them with 1.5”x .25” wall DOM tube going the length of the mounting tubes. Not my welds, beautiful nonetheless. Extended the sliders about a 1/2” for more of a step. And it snowed last night.

Installed KC flex floods to use as ditch lights. Still have some adjusting to do. Like the fact that they are really small.
That is what we on the east coast of NC call snow haha. Nothing like you’re used to I’m sure

I lived in Jacksonville for 3 years. actually my wife lived there for 3 years, I was deployed for almost half that. We had snow flurries one time and they called school. We actually don't get much in OK any more, but I grew up in the black hills of SD, so I've seen my fair share.
FWIW, I have some bolt on/weld on VKS sliders. I plan to add the PS rocker armor at some point so mine are just going to be bolted till I get that done. Way too much work to weld twice...

Haha it was for a parade, I had to cut the other garland off the sliders before paint and welding obviously. I might take it off the bumper too. It’s starting to fall apart from highway speeds

Will do! Initial thoughts are very positive. Quick to inflate/deflate, easy to store in a high quality bag, power cord on the pump is long enough to reach the cigarette lighter outlet, and it's quite comfortable. It can be a bit awkward to get up into the Jeep once it's inflated, but really no more difficult than getting up to the roof rack. Hopefully we'll get it out for a field test soon!
