What happened to the sierra 4x4 thread from yesterday?

the really bad part is if you look on the BBB website, they only have 6 bad reviews. You would hope everyone who wasn't satisfied with their results would log it on BBB so others could check them out.

IMG_0168.jpgI also took the slow ride to no where with Sierra4x4Trailers, I saw all of his awesome products on this page and said cool I'll order a sent of powder coated fenders. Ordered them back in March still no fenders to date paid in full. My trailers done just sitting here with no fenders, No return call, no replies from my weekly emails. I have to say it's shame a mans with this kind talents has to run business like he dose. And yes this is my first negative post ever, because I have never been treated this way by any business in my life.

I ordered a lid in April. Paid in full. He said he just needed to frame it. 3 weeks at most. Four weeks and I called, nothing. Then I reached him after six wee and he said he was by delivering to other customers. I then just asked for my money back. That took almost two months. He might be good but he does not understand customer service nor how to run a business. I do wish him the best but I will give a please proceed with caution. I have seen if you go to him he will get it done but nothing by mail.

On a good note, I went to a local fab guy who rocked it out!

Unfortunately I have fallen into this trap too. I am modifying a used teardrop trailer and have been scouring the web for square fenders so that I can use them for jerry can mounting. I came across Sierra 4x4 and they had the perfect solution. From what I saw they do great work. The owner even emailed me back immediately when I inquired about it. I placed the order via paypal and Sierra 4x4 had no problem taking my money back in march 2014. It is now 3 months later and no word from them. I've called and left messages every couple of weeks and emailed for an update. I'm not only out of money but am still with a trailer that I cannot drive because I do not have fenders. I'd like to give the benefit of the doubt but do not believe in thie lack of customer service. A quick response would suffice at a minimum.
