What if....

I was looking at an A.R.E. Truck Cap that had the full size door on the back and the smaller passenger door inside on the back of a Dodge Ram pickup. Then I was looking at the AT Flip Pac, and thinking how cool it would be to have the AT Flip Pac with the full door and the smaller passenger door, similar to the Flip Pac build here on the site.

Wonder if Flip Pac ever thought of doing something like it?

Then you could have the interior set up like a small kitchen and dining setup, then flip the top to go to bed at night with plenty of room.

Just a thought.

I think the flip-pac lends itself very well to small integrated systems like that. However, I prefer not to cook inside a vehicle, mostly due to smells and oils that never seem to go away.

I did cook a few times in the EarthRoamer Jeep, but only boiling water for pasta, etc. No Blackened Salmon :D

From another thread AT was asked the same thing. AT response was no due to so many different trucks (cost).

Flip Pac did at one time make a double door on the back. Two Flips w/double doors just showed up in the last few weeks. Read about them here in the pop up campers threads. One is for sale in TX with double doors.
