When shopping for used, how much does a rebuilt engine and trans add to the value?

115k - piston skirt cracked - happened to me at 108k. I wouldn't worry about it if you have the docs and pop fluid covers and take a look. If no paperwork - run.

If it does have the 4.7 V8 you may be better off with out it as said above that engine did have issues, bad ones.
