Hey Doc,

I got mine from wheelers. Shipping was a real hassle and expensive.

You can save a lot of money if you have access to a commercial loading dock. Shipping is much less expensive and the trucking company will be happy that they don't have to set up an appointment for residential delivery.

The thing weighs a ton, actually I believe ship weight is 130.

When I looked all the prices out there were pretty close. If you can save $100 on shipping, that will be your savings!

How about a military address? I work on base at a military school where someone (me) is always there. Would that qualify?

I think that they need a dock to load it onto.

There has to be numerous loading docks at a military base. If you can get the guys at the loading dock to accept it, I think you're set.

They don't need a dock for the commercial addy discount, all they need is a truck friendly commercial address. If you don't have one of those handy, I arrange for customers to pick up the bumper in person at the nearest truck depot (usually less than 20 minutes away). Keep that in mind if you have to pull strings to get the bumper delivered to a business... In all reality, shipping it right to your doorstep in most cases is only an additional $20-40, not a ton considering your paying $700 for a bumer and $100 for shipping.

I bought mine a couple of years ago from Rocky Road Outfitters, mainly for the one reason that they shipped to commercial addresses with a dock for free. I don't know that they do that anymore, though. At the time it made it cheaper by about $200 than getting it locally. It was drop shipped directly from ARB in Seattle.

I got mine from 4Wheelparts- they match prices. You can also get good (probably better) deals form Valkarie on the TTORA forum.

Well, I went and did it. I got it through Allpro, paid $849 out the door which is about par for the course on them. Valkyrie had the same offer but it would have taken a couple weeks to arrive. I have been looking everywhere and I had much, much higher quotes than that. It should be there for me to pick up at Allpro on monday, if so it will be on by tuesday
