You can search around for sources and discussions using "fiberthane" as the search term. Be aware that there are different grades of the product and that what you might find most inexpensively will not be the same as used in the better composite products. There's also the issue of paying for the freight, as many suppliers of this sort of thing only sell in non-UPSable panels.
I'm not sure what the real weight advantage is over other products but is it pretty pricey. I wouldn't mess with it unless I needed something weather resistant.
Not sure how it holds up or whether it will warp if exposed to hot sunlight.
PS - my plastics reps have never heard of the stuff.
