Just following up here as well as my post in the Full Size Pictures thread.
I did end up getting an F150 that is largely a newer version of my 2018. It does have the 9.75" rear end (3.55 w/ locker), but not the Max Tow 3/4 floater; I chose to stay away from that.
The 10R80 CDF drum issue was resolved on 8/16/2022, so some 2023 were built with the old part.
My coworker, who also lives nearby, and I took my brother's new Tundra for an extended test drive one day. We both ended up in new F150s (he got a Tremor).
The 5.0 has cylinder deactivation and a wet belt for the oil pump, which I foresee as items that will reduce 200-300k mile reliability. Therefore, I chose to take my chances on another 3.5TT, as I'm aware of some of the solutions to the only issues I had with my previous truck.
